People are sick of big government and endless bureaucracy, and they're looking for alternatives that shake up the status quo. That being said, I’m not a fan of the far-right’s focus on restricting immigration or implementing more control over people’s personal lives. True freedom means less government interference in *all* aspects, not just the ones you don’t like. If FPÖ wants to really claim they’re for the people, they should focus on decentralizing power and reducing the state's reach. Otherwise, it's just a different flavor of authoritarianism.
